This video gives me chills- it’s a really neat video. I guess my only problem is called negative body talk “fat talk”… I don’t know why, but that just bothers me.

… I guess saying “End Body Hate Talk” isn’t as catchy.

In any case, the video is still really neat.

When we think of bad self esteem about body image, we tend to think of only young girls having warped views when they look in the mirror, that girls are the only ones who want to change themselves so drastically and heartbreakingly but boys as well have bad self esteem by the amount of pressure society puts on them. 

Boys and girls, you are beautiful just the way you are.
